Hines was born near Tipton, Mo. and lived 56 years in East Lynne, before moving to the Greater Kansas City area four years ago. She was a member of the Ladies society of the East Lynne Baptist church and the Royal Neighbors of America. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Elsa Wiley of the home, and Mrs.

Verna Graves, Stockton, two sons, Niles Lee, Butler, and the Rev. Charles O. Lee, Leesburg. grandchildren, and 25 great-grandchildren. Charles Hale, all of Flint, another brother, Virgil Hale.

Zephyr Hills, and six grandchildren. Services will be at 11 o'clock Saturday at the Newcomer ERNEST E. HOLBROOK. Ernest E. Holbrook, 64, of 7638 Nall, Prairie Village, died yesterafternoon at Research hospital, where he had been a patient 11 days.

A stock clerk for the Katz Drug company, he suffered broken fall while working at store in Laurel Heights. An autopsy was to be performed to determine the cause of death. Mr Holbrook was A member of the Countryside Christian church and Woodmen of the World. His only survivors are a nephew and three cousins. WILLIAM M.

He was a salesman for the Berkshire Hosiery company, and was a veteran of World War I. He was a member of the Masonic lodge at Arma, the Mirza temple at Pittsburg, and the American Legion. Surviving are his wife, Mrs.
