Caddo investigators said April Brown was last seen leaving her residence on Oak Street with an unidentified man. He's described as a white male, believed to be in his 30s, 6-foot-1, average build with brown hair, long sideburns and a beard with no mustache. He was driving a dark, early 90s-model vehicle. Vernon Community High School (lowa) in 1968, "Charlie" joined the United States Coast Guard and completed honorable service, in School 1973. of He then Aeronautics attended in Tulsa, Oklahoma, earning his and Private Pilot's Licenses. An avid gun collector, "Charlie" was a proud member ot the National Rifle Association, and their Institute for Legislative Action. fought valiantly to preserve our Bill of Rights.

Daddy loved the southwest and spent years learning and exploring all that he could about the Gila Cliff Dwellings, City of Rocks, Spring Canyon, and Van Horn, Texas, where 'he planned to retire. An admirer of James Taylor, he loved to entertain his family in past years with renditions of his silly songs. Dry humor, attention to detail, and meticulous written annotations delighted those who knew him, especially his children. A dictionary never left his side, and he 'treasured the moments that others were baffled by his use of unique words. Charlie cherished his daughter Kelli's visits and awaited his August trip with her to move son Chris to the University of Tennessee.

The joy he received through his. children, and his pride in talking about them, will be remembered by his friends. In spirit, he attended the baptism of Chris, by daughter Kelli, the Sunday after his death. "Charlie" was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Clem Esther Driscoll of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and maternal grandparents, Aaron and Ethel Herman of Mt. Vernon, Iowa.

"Clem" dedicated herself to God, St. Joseph Catholic Church and her family. She was preceded in death by husband, Col. James R. Smith, her James Rueben Smith, three sisters; and three brothers.

She is survived by two daughters, Janet Gerke and husband Mikel of Stone Mountain, GA and Patricia Fleming of Jefferson, GA; six sons, B. Later he graduated from USL of Lafayette, LA. After marriage, he moved and lived the rest of his life in Bossier City, LA. You may remember Henry from the Morrow Mellinger Nursery on Highway 80, Chamberlain Nursery on Barksdale Blvd. or in later years Clyde Gorham on Line Ave. Mr.

Morrow loved flowers and gardening of all kinds. Until last Saturday, he enjoyed his garden at home and many flowers including his special love for roses as witnessed by the many varieties around his home. Henry cherished his daughter Priscilla's visits, spending many hours driving around the area reminiscing. He could be found with her and friends or family at the Sci Port Discovery Zone, Hammels Park, the State Fair or just visiting their favorite snack-shop Southern Maid Donuts. The family would like to express sincere appreciation to the staff of Christus Schumpert especially the 6th Floor unit for their kindness and considerations during the final days.
